Privacy and Cookies Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
1. General information
This policy explains how personal data is processed and how cookies are used on the CreatorArx website.
At this stage the website is used only for:
- joining the waitlist for the closed CreatorArx beta,
- browsing the website and the example Pin page.
2. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is CreatorArx.
If you have any questions about how your data is processed, write to us at [E-MAIL].
3. Data we process
When you use the website, we may process:
- the e-mail address you enter in the beta sign-up form,
- the link to your channel or social profile, if you choose to add it,
- the language version of the website and the page you signed up from,
- the date of sign-up and of the consent you gave,
- technical data about your visit, including information collected through cookies,
- your consent and cookie preferences.
4. Purposes and legal bases
4.1. Beta waitlist
We use your e-mail address, and the profile link if you added it, to invite you to the closed beta and to tell you about:
- the launch of CreatorArx,
- beta access and onboarding,
- product news related to the beta.
Legal basis: your consent.
4.2. Managing and documenting consent
We keep the date, language and page of your sign-up to show that we contact you lawfully.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
4.3. Website functionality and security
We process technical data and information stored in strictly necessary cookies and in your browser (for example the language you picked) to run the website, keep it secure and remember your settings.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
4.4. Analytics
Only if you accept statistics cookies, we use PostHog to measure traffic and how the website is used (for example page views and whether the sign-up form was sent). We do not send the content of the form, such as your e-mail address, to analytics.
Legal basis: your consent given in the cookie banner.
5. Is providing data mandatory?
Providing your e-mail address is voluntary, but without it we cannot add you to the beta waitlist. The link to your channel or profile is optional.
6. Where the waitlist is stored
Sign-ups are stored in our own database hosted by Supabase, in a project located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). We store your e-mail address, the profile link if you gave one, the language version of the website, the page you signed up from and the date of your consent.
Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf.
7. Data recipients
Your data may be shared with providers that help us run the website and the beta, in particular:
- hosting providers,
- Supabase, our database provider,
- Cookiebot (Usercentrics), which stores your cookie consent,
- PostHog (EU cloud), our analytics provider, if you give your consent,
- the e-mail delivery provider we use to send beta invitations.
We share data only to the extent needed for the purposes described in this policy.
8. How long we keep data
Waitlist data is kept:
- until you withdraw your consent,
- until you ask us to remove you from the waitlist,
- until we stop running the beta waitlist,
- for as long as needed to show that we acted lawfully, where required.
Cookie data is kept for the lifetime of the cookie or until you delete it.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- rectify your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
To exercise your rights, write to us at [E-MAIL].
10. Leaving the waitlist
You can leave the waitlist at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our e-mails or by writing to [E-MAIL].
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn.
11. Cookies
The CreatorArx website uses cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage. Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you use the website.
11.1. Strictly necessary cookies
They are needed for the website to work and do not require consent. They remember your cookie choice, keep the website secure and let the sign-up form work.
11.2. Functional storage
The website remembers the language you picked with the language switch in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
11.3. Statistics (analytics) cookies
PostHog cookies measure traffic and how the website is used. They are set only after you accept statistics cookies.
11.4. Marketing cookies
We do not use marketing cookies at the moment. If we add them, they will be set only after your consent and this policy will be updated.
12. Managing cookies
On your first visit you can choose your cookie preferences in the cookie banner. At any time you can:
- accept all cookies,
- reject all cookies that are not strictly necessary,
- choose specific categories,
- change your choice with the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.
You can also change your browser settings and delete cookies already saved on your device. Restricting cookies may affect how parts of the website work.
13. Transfers outside the EEA
We aim to process personal data within the European Economic Area: the Supabase project is in the EU and analytics use PostHog’s EU cloud. If a provider we use transfers data outside the EEA, we make sure appropriate legal safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the law, our organization or the technology we use changes. The current version is always published on the CreatorArx website.
